I want to thank each of you that auditioned for Concert Choir this year. It takes a lot of courage! This year's group is made up of 48 members. Sight reading was an extremely important component of the audition. In Concert Choir, we learn a lot of music in a short amount of time, so it is important for every member to show strong musicianship skills. There were a few members that had perfect sight reading scores!

Concert Choir is highly competitive, so I do not want you to be discouraged if you did not make it for the 2019-2020 season. There is a lot of talent at DAMS, and I hope that 7th graders will audition again next year!
