Mr. Mahorney, Dean of Students at Dallastown Area Middle School attended Eastern Kentucky University where he played football and earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Special Education. Mr. Mahorney did his graduate studies at Western Maryland College, now McDaniel College, and Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Mahorney has worked for the Dallastown School District as a Learning Support Teacher, Strive Teacher and Dean of Students for more than 20 years.
Outside of the school day, Mr. Mahorney likes to spend time with his wife who is a 3rd grade teacher at Indian Rock Elementary School and his 4 children. Mr. Mahorney’s hobbies include, camping, boating, fishing, and attending sporting events on weekends and in the summer.
